Our Mission
Sustainability is core to who we are. We donate 5% of our revenue to the Wild Outdoors Foundation, which funds projects that both preserve and improve access to public lands. We believe that nature is our greatest resource, and that all people should be able to both experience and enjoy it in a sustainable, environmentally-conscious way.
The Wild Outdoors Foundation is a private 501c3 nonprofit based in Utah.
Climate Pledge
We believe that by preserving our environment we are building a better future. Our camps are carbon neutral operating off-grid on 100% renewable energy (solar power), and consume 1/10 the water of a traditional hotel. In choosing to stay with us across one of our many locations, you’re helping save the planet over 10 million gallons of water annually. We also protect local flora and fauna through conservation landscaping.
Humanity Pledge
Research shows that spending time in nature helps with mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. Since 2021, we have welcomed over 50,000 guests to stay with us (many of them being first time campers) – and have seen firsthand positive impact on both individuals and families. Our goal is to bring 1 million people enjoy the outdoors by 2030 and continue to help combat mental illness.
Wander Camp Impact
Adventure gives us the opportunity to explore the world and make it a better place. That’s why we believe that a great outdoor experience has the ability to change both an individuals and the world. At Wander Camp we prioritize the health of our people and our planet, allocating 5% of our revenue to The Wild Outdoors Foundation to fund projects that preserve and improve access to public lands for future generations.
