Have you ever dreamed of spending the summer outdoors? Camping, hiking and meeting friends? Or even designing experiences? The idea of spending the summer in a National Park may be daunting to some but it can be a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Wander Camp is looking for people to come work for us this summer! Live out your adventure dreams while gaining unique experiences and unforgettable memories.

Working for Wander Camp is a uniquely special experience that gives a special look into the world of glamping and adventure. Wander Camp has locations all over America in National Parks, so the possibilities of where you may work are seemingly endless. Wander Camp has locations in:

  1. Grand Canyon
  2. Yellowstone
  3. Glacier
  4. Zion
  5. Bryce Canyon
  6. Moab

Each employee has their pick where they would love to work for the summer, and even the opportunity to move locations to experience optimal adventure. Whether southern Utah rock formations or steep mountains and lakes are more your vibe, you will be able to experience any or all sceneries.

A day in the life of a Wander Camp Experience Coordinator is filled with adventure and experience design! Responsibilities of our Experience Coordinators include setting up, cleaning (housekeeping), and maintaining the camp, curating incredible & memorable experiences for guests, welcoming guests as they arrive from far off destinations, and assisting with camp dining experiences and adventures! Think of work as being a wonderful experience facilitator! Employees get to make connections with the guests by bonding over a mutual love of all things outdoors! You also have a hands-on role in helping some experience the beauty of National Parks for the first time!

A typical day involves 3-4 hours of housekeeping and tent maintenance in the morning and 3-4 hours of reception and camp experiences like food prep, stargazing, campfire building, and more in the evening, so you need to be ready and able to do both! As an employee, you provide an unforgettable guest experience! You will be involved with people making lifelong memories.

This is a 40 hour per week role with the potential for overtime hours, so we are looking for people who enjoy working hard and love being outdoors because 100% of the work is outdoors! This is a perfect job for students, seasonal workers, or full time job seekers looking to get experience in Hospitality, Food and Beverage, or Adventure Tourism! We are looking for creative people who want to be a part of a fast growing adventure start-up!

Apart from incredible work experience and unforgettable experiences, other perks of working for Wander Camp are traveling and living in some of the most beautiful US National Parks. Onsite Housing is provided in either tents or trailers (with shared employee facilities such as kitchen and restrooms). With everything taken care of you will be able to enjoy your summer stress free in one of the most unique job opportunities around!

If this job sounds like your dream, follow @wandercamp on Instagram and check out the job listing here! We are eager to see how you will fit into our team!
